Job Title: US Accountant

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform monthly variance analysis to help identify discrepancies in financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Maintain and update the general ledger.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field AND 2+ years’ experience in a similar role OR 8+ years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Great Plains Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with financial statement preparation.
